How do I return an item?

Kits, Books & Tutorials;
  • Kits, Books & Tutorials may not be returned or exchanged.
Craft Supplies;
  • Items in good condition may be returned for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Damaged or defective items may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original shipping is not refundable but Amee Runs with Scissors will absorb the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Finished Goods (jewelry, hats and accessories);
  • No refunds or exchanges for items in good condition.
  • Damaged or defective items my be returned for repair or exchange (exchange to made for similar or newly-crafted identical item - Amee Runs with Scissors reserves the right to determine the best course of action.) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original shipping is not refundable but Amee Runs with Scissors will absorb the cost of shipping the replacement item.
  • Older items, loved-near-to-death and in need of repair can usually be repaired at free of charge (complete re-builds/replacements assessed on a case-by-case basis). We ask the customer to pay for shipping both ways.

Bear in mind that we are a teeny, tiny, little company. Usually - Amee answers the phone. Sometimes she picks up on the first ring, sometimes she's teaching weekend classes in Guam. In case of the latter, she may not get back to you until Tuesday. But we will always get back to you. Your patience is appreciated.
