Amee Runs with Scissors is pulling out all the sparkly stops on this one; Swarovski crystals, Shibori silk ribbon, sequins and rhinestone chain combine with Luxury Italian Soutache and fabulous high-tech vinyl to create an absolutely eye-popping modified collar necklace (the front part sits flat to the base of your throat but the back extends up so that it sits flat to the back of your neck).
Each kit comes with a set of Amee Runs with Scissors' famous, step-by-step, full-color photograph, "Whole Story" Instructions plus all of the soutache, Ultrasuede, Syn-Leather, crystals, beads, thread and findings. EXACT SHAPE AND COLOR OF LARGER STONES MAY VARY.
You will need a size #10 beading needle, e-6000 jewelry glue and API brand Crafter's Pick washable fabric glue (not included) to complete this project.
Flush-cutters and pliers (both flat and round-nose) will also be needed to complete the project.
