We are very proud of our beautiful, snowy-white, 19 momme weight, bias-cut, silk satin ribbon. At a generous 5" wide, our 100% silk ribbon takes dye beautifully and is perfect for pleating techniques such as Shibori. Since the ribbon is cut on the bias (diagonally), the ribbon will stretch (although the unfinished edges will not unravel) and a seam will appear approximately every 50". (If it is important to you to have one yard "clear" of seams, please order a minimum of two yards).
