Hat size and other details:		Hat size: Using a measuring tape/tailor's tape, simply measure the circumference of your head where you like to feel your hatband rest at whatever level of tightness you feel comfortable with. Alternatively, you can place a piece of non-stretchy string or ribbon around your head and measure it against a ruler or yardstick. Typical sizes will run anywhere between 20in and 25in). This Billie style top hat is hand-blocked with a soft pink fur-felt. This lovely hat is adorned with a variety of feathers, hand-cut leaves, and an assortment of different fabric flowers. The crown is roughly 4.5in high while the wired gray petersham brim sits around 1.5in wide.
