Hat size and other details:		Hat size: Using a measuring tape/tailor's tape, simply measure the circumference of your head where you like to feel your hatband rest at whatever level of tightness you feel comfortable with. Alternatively, you can place a piece of non-stretchy string or ribbon around your head and measure it against a ruler or yardstick. Typical sizes will run anywhere between 20in and 25in). If you want any special changes to colors or details, describe them here. Lead times vary depending on our backlog but generally run anywhere between 8 and 10 weeks. Who says whimsy doesn't have a place with patriots? Whoever it was has never seen this Astaire Top Hat. Based in a brilliant red fur-felt, sashed with white polka dot, navy blue fabric, adorned with sparkling stars, and white & blue fabric flowers. Perched amongst the flowers is a blue dragon!
This fabulous top hat has a 4.5in high crown and a 1.5in wide brim.
